What experience does your staff have?

Our staff consists of individuals whose work experience ranges from teaching, administrative assistance, medical assistance, customer service, and sales.  Our history & experience revolves around service to people. From this passion, Errandgeti was born.

 

How much is your notary service?

Our notary service is $10. We will come to your location for an additional $3 convenience charge.

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do. Just send us an email containing your contact information, the recipient’s name and dollar amount of the certificate. We will deliver the certificate to you the next day and collect payment (cash, check or money order) from you at that time. 

 

I booked two hours but my errands were completed in 1 ½ hours. Do I get a refund or credit?

Credit is given for unused portions of time. The credit can only be applied to future bookings. Refunds are not issued.

 

How much is your elderly or companion sit-in service? What does it include?

We charge per hour. Review our time packages online and purchase the amount of time that best fits your needs. We will keep your friend or family member company while you’re away. We also provide a meal, walk, and light housekeeping. We do not provide medical care.

 

I’m not sure how long my errand will take. What should I do?

Call or email us and we will help you to determine which option is best for you.

 

I have a document that needs to be proofread. Can I email it to you?

Yes you can email us the document.  Like all other assignments, you must book your appointment online first. After we receive notification, your work will be reviewed and returned to you with the noted corrections within 12 hours. 

 

Do you babysit children?

No, we do not babysit. 

 

Do you operate outside of Florida?

Right now we are only licensed to operate in the state of Florida. As we grow, we look forward to expanding to other cities.
